Abstrak Pembatasan pemberian Hak Milik atas tanah yang dimohon untuk rumah tinggal yang berasal dari tanah Negara oleh Kantor Pertanahan adalah sebagai berikut : a. Untuk setiap bidang tanah yang dimohonkan luasnya tidak boleh lebih dari 2000 M2; b. Setiap pemohon dibatasi pemilikan Hak Milik atas tanah untuk rumah tinggal tidak lebih dari 5 ( lima ) bidang tanah yang luas keseluruhannya 5000 ( lima ribu ) M2. Dalam proses pelaksanaan pemberian Hak Milik atas tanah berstatus Hak Guna Bangunan adalah sebagai berikut : a. Pemohon mengisi surat permohonan; b. Permohonan dilampiri dengan sertipikat tanah yang bersangkutan; c. Adanya bukti penggunaan tanah untuk rumah tinggal; d. Foto copy SPPT PBB; e. Identitas pemohon diperiksa, sesuai atau tidak dengan kepemilikan tanah yang dimohon; f. Bukti perolehan hak atas tanah dan bangunan; g. Dokumen lengkap diserahkan pada loket III; h. Setelah diloket III pemohon datang ke loket IV untuk melakukan pembayaran; i. Lalu Kasubsi Pendaftaran Hak dan Informasi ( PHI ) meneliti dokumen; h. Setelah disetujui Kasubsi Pendaftaran Hak dan Informasi ( PHI ) dokumen diserahkan pada seksi Pengukuran dan Pendaftaran tanah kemudian diserahkan kepada Kepala Kantor Pertanahan; i. Kepala Kantor Pertanahan meneliti kelengkapan permohonan dan diganti dengan sertipikat baru, kemudian diserahkan kembali pada Kasubsi Pendaftaran Hak dan Informasi ( PHI ); j. Untuk Kasubsi PHI mengadakan pembukuan dan menyerahkan kepada petugas loket VI; k. Petugas loket VI mengembalikan kepada pemohon yang bersangkutan.
