Abstract

Die Einsch��tzung der besonderen Bildungsbed��rfnisse blinder und sehbehinderter Kinder und Jugendlicher ist einem historischen Wandel unterworfen. Die urspr��nglich f��r p��dagogische Massnahmen unterschiedlichen Schlussfolgerungen aus Blindheit oder Sehbehinderung vereinten sich in der zweiten H��lfte des 20. Jahrhunderts ��� auch in der Festlegung eines Speziellen Curriculums. W��hrend sich institutionell letzte Grenzziehungen zwischen Blindheit und Sehbehinderung verwischten, ergab sich eine neue Aufteilung zwischen traditionell ausgerichteter Sonderschulung und schulischer Integration. Ressourcen und Entwicklungsbedarf in beiden Settings werden skizziert. L�����valuation des besoins ��ducatifs particuliers des enfants et des jeunes aveugles ou malvoyants s���est transform��e au cours des ��poques. De l�����tablissement de mesures p��dagogiques sp��cifiques selon que les ��l��ves sont malvoyants ou aveugles, on est pass�� dans la seconde moiti�� du 20��me si��cle �� la mise en place d���un curriculum sp��cial. Alors que sur le plan institutionnel les limites entre la malvoyance et la nonvoyance sont devenues de plus en plus floues, on a assist�� �� une nouvelle r��partition entre l���enseignement en ��cole sp��cialis�� plus traditionnel et l���int��gration scolaire. Enfin, cet article esquisse les besoins en ressources et sur le plan du d��veloppement n��cessaires dans les deux milieux scolaires.
