摘要:近些年来,儿童睡眠障碍的出现率逐渐增高,但很多儿科医生对睡眠障碍性疾病仍认识不足。儿童睡眠障碍常常与儿童呼吸、神经、内分泌、泌尿、消化道和血液系统的疾病密切相关,医生在诊治的同时需要考虑到这些疾病。本综述概述了近年来儿童睡眠障碍的流行病学情况,儿童睡眠障碍与各系统疾病之间的关系、以及临床的中西医干预方案的最新进展,为儿童睡眠科学这一交叉学科提供诊治帮助。 关键词:睡眠障碍;系统疾病;临床干预 Abstract: The occurrence of sleep disorders in children has gradually increased in recent years, but many pediatricians are still under-aware of sleep disordered diseases. Sleep disorders in children are often closely associated with childhood respiratory, neurological, endocrine, urinary, gastrointestinal, and hematologic disorders, and physicians need to take these disorders into account while diagnosing and treating them. This review provides an overview of the epidemiology of childhood sleep disorders in recent years, the relationship between childhood sleep disorders and various systemic diseases, and recent advances in clinical Chinese and Western medical intervention options to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the interdisciplinary field of pediatric sleep science.
