Abstract

Annotation of the the assembled genome of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. albedinis strain 133 (Khayi et al., 2020). Gene prediction and annotation were carried out using funnotate pipeline v1.8.1 (Stajich, 2020), which includes masking, ab initio gene-prediction training, using Augustus and Genmark, with the EST dataset reported to the Ganoderma mycocosm repository, gene prediction, and the assignment of functional annotation to protein-coding gene models.
