The data set was collected within the SAAM Project (Supporting Active Aging through Multimodal coaching, https://saam2020.eu/), and was used to develop a preference learning methodology with the aim of improving user's acceptance of coaching actions. The data set contains a set of sleep quality coaching actions and user��s feedback for each of them.
