We revisit the modeling of the βPic disk proposed by Augereau et al. (2001), under consideration of new data obtained at ESO/VLT, ALMA and HST and the planet βPic b discovered in 2008. We take into account the dynamical perturbation of a massive companion on a slightly inclined orbit on a population of colliding planetesimals, as well as radiation pressure and the small grains' optical properties.
