Using Narrative CVs: Process Optimization and bias mitigation

Abstract

This is a short report summarizing the key learnings and recommended actions from a workshop co-sponsored by the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA) and the Funding Organisations for Gender Equality Community of Practice (FORGEN CoP) on the adoption of narrative CVs for funding organizations.
