These analogs were evaluated for their in vitro antibacterial activity against Staplaylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Streptococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella typhi and Mycobacterium tuberculosis (H37Rv strain) and antifungal activity against Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger.
