RefPerSys is an open source software project on symbolic artificial intelligence (GPLv3+ licensed, for Linux). We wish to find contributors and use cases, and be part of some future HorizonEurope consortium (in first half of 2022). The insight is to develop an open source inference engine, with metarules, introspection, and reflection. A major trait is metaprogramming: generating code (probably in C, later perhaps using GNU lightning) Inspiration is from Jacques Pitrat's books.
