Abstract

Beziehungskompetenz ist ein Kernelement p��dagogischer und besonders heilp��dagogischer Professionalit��t. Darunter wird die F��higkeit verstanden, feinf��hlig und f��rsorglich mit Gesten und Worten auf Mitmenschen einzugehen, um N��he und somit ein Resonanzverh��ltnis herzustellen, das bei der anderen Person Vertrauen zu sich selbst und zu ihrer Umgebung schafft. Beziehungskompetenz von Lehrpersonen, Heilp��dagoginnen und Heilp��dagogen sowie weiteren p��dagogisch-therapeutischen Fachpersonen beeinflusst das Verhalten und Lernen von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen massgebend: Sie bewirkt ein h��heres Wohlbefinden, ein positiveres Selbstkonzept, gesteigerte Sozialkompetenz sowie bessere Leistungen und weniger Problemverhalten. Dans les m��tiers de la p��dagogie, et plus encore de la p��dagogie sp��cialis��e, la comp��tence relationnelle est fondamentale. On entend par l�� la capacit�� de s���occuper des autres de mani��re sensible et attentive en gestes comme en paroles, pour ��tablir ainsi une proximit�� et ce faisant, pour cr��er une r��sonance qui ��veille chez l���autre la confiance en soi et en son entourage. La comp��tence relationnelle des enseignant-e-s, des p��dagogues sp��cialis��-e-s, ainsi que des autres sp��cialistes du domaine p��dago-th��rapeutique a une tr��s forte influence sur le comportement et l���apprentissage des enfants, adolescent-e-s et adultes : elle est �� l���origine d���un bien-��tre accru, d���une repr��sentation de soi plus positive, de comp��tences sociales plus grandes, ainsi que de meilleures performances et d���une diminution des comportements probl��matiques.
