Abstract

El proceso de ense��anza-aprendizaje del Judo como deporte de combate, no est�� exento de la b��squeda de m��todos y estilos que conduzcan a una preparaci��n m��s integral y personalizada del practicante, teniendo en cuenta la actualizaci��n de los nuevos est��ndares de entrenamiento, que caracterizan la competici��n actual, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. La ejecuci��n de los Tokui waza, se considera un elemento t��cnico t��ctico fundamental dentro de la pr��ctica del judo, sin embargo, su ejecuci��n de forma bilateral, se reconoce como una problem��tica a resolver. De ah�� que se realiza un estudio de la ejecuci��n del Tokui waza, desde una perspectiva bilateral, teniendo en cuenta el estudio de la lateralidad de cada atleta y su forma de desarrollo. Como objetivo de la investigaci��n se define: Dise��ar una alternativa metodol��gica dirigida al desarrollo de la bilateralidad para la ejecuci��n de los Tokui waza en judokas escolares. Durante el desarrollo de la investigaci��n se aplicaron m��todos del orden te��rico, emp��ricos y estad��sticos matem��ticos, tales como revisi��n bibliogr��fica para el an��lisis de los presupuestos te��ricos que sustentan el tratamiento a la bilateralidad en el entrenamiento de judo en esta categor��a, se aplicaron encuestas a entrenadores y atletas y se realiz�� observaci��n a clases, se aplic�� la estad��stica descriptiva e inferencial. La alternativa metodol��gica, integrada por objetivos, acciones, m��todos, procedimientos e indicaciones metodol��gicas, se valor�� te��ricamente mediante la consulta a especialistas, todo lo cual permiti�� arribar a conclusiones acerca del proceso estudiado y la valoraci��n de la alternativa metodol��gica y su posible aplicaci��n.
