Mistshenko (Bey-Bienko & Mistshenko 1951: 357) describing N. specialis overlooked the paper of Werner (1939) like most of the subsequent researchers. Moreover he did not list the species described by Werner. Studying the type specimens of both taxa was possible to conclude that they belong to the same species. Mirzayans (1998: 22) record from Kermanshah should deserve to be confirmed.
