RESUMEN: En Colombia, los sobrevivientes del conflicto armado han creado un amplio repertorio de acciones para interpelar al Estado y a la sociedad en su conjunto, demandando verdad y justicia. Entre las acciones surge el Sal��n del Nunca M��s. Este art��culo focaliza en las funciones que cumplen en este espacio las fotograf��as y las bit��coras de acuerdo con los usos: hacer memoria del conflicto armado, reparar simb��licamente el da��o, evidenciar la agencia de los dolientes, hacer pedagog��a de la memoria. Finalmente, el trabajo hace referencia a los retos que implica la existencia de esta iniciativa de memoria en un pa��s que a��n no cuenta con los instrumentos institucionales adecuados para la gesti��n pol��tica y administrativa de tal iniciativa. ABSTRACT: In Colombia, survivors of the armed conflict have created a wide repertoire of actions that challenge the State and society as a whole, demanding truth and justice. One of them is the Sal��n del Nunca M��s. This article focusses the functions fulfilled by photographs and personal logs in this space according to their uses: create a memory of the armed conflict, symbolically repair the damage, show the agency of the mourners, facilitate the pedagogy of memory. Finally, it refers to the challenges involved in the existence of this memory initiative in a country that does not yet have adequate institutional instruments for its political and administrative management.
