The matrices of times (in seconds) are of dimension parts (rows) x machines (columns), the matrix of parts routes is of dimension parts (rows) where each row indicates the route that the part should follow (machines to visit, in the specified order)

Synthetic dataset containing parts routes, setup and processing times for a job-shop problem of 1.000 parts and 200 machines.
