АНАЛИЗ УРОВНЯ НАГРУЗКИ УЧЕБНО-ТРЕНИРОВОЧНОГО СБОРА ЧЛЕНОВ СБОРНОЙ КОМАНДЫ РЕСПУБЛИКИ БУРЯТИЯ ПО ЛЫЖНЫМ ГОНКАМ В УСЛОВИЯХ СРЕДНЕГОРЬЯ

Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются географические особенности места прохождения тренировочного мероприятия в условиях сбора, как фактора, формирующего уровень специальной работоспособности лыжников-гонщиков входящих в состав сборной команды Республики Бурятия. Первая часть команды проводила тренировочное мероприятие в среднегорье на высоте 1300 метров над уровнем моря, в то время как вторая часть команды тренировалась в низкогорье на высоте 350 метров над уровнем моря. Тренировочное мероприятие состояло из 18-ти дневного втягивающего мезоцикла. Перед тем как начать тренировочное мероприятие и сразу после него проводился тест для определения уровня специальной работоспособности. Подвергаются анализу результаты прохождения теста до и после прохождения тренировочного мероприятия в условиях пониженного содержания кислорода, по сравнению с местом тестирования.
