Poster ID: HGRP62 Title : Determination of nutritional composition of 'Microgreens' produced from some marginalised wild legumes by using phytochemical analytical methods. The present work is foccused on the nutritional potential of microgreens and seeds of some less explored wild legume. Microgreens are young plantlets harvested after approximately one week of growth. All of the interesting results obtained during the study point to the exploration, conservation and utilisation of selected indigenous legumes.
