Gewaltfreie Kommunikation im Erziehungsalltag Kartenset zur Unterstützung eines entwicklungsförderlichen Elternverhaltens

Abstract

Ein angemessenes Kommunikations- und Interaktionsverhalten in der Eltern-Kind-Beziehung gilt als Erziehungskompetenz und wird als Basis eines entwicklungsförderlichen Elternverhaltens betrachtet. In der vorliegenden Masterarbeit soll der Frage nachgegangen werden, ob auf den Grundlagen der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation die elterliche Erziehungskompetenz positiv unterstützt werden und damit ein Beitrag für ein entwicklungsförderliches Elternverhalten geleistet werden kann. Die Kommunikationsmodelle von Schulz von Thun und Watzlawick berücksichtigend, wurde ein Kartenset entwickelt, das es den Eltern ermöglichen soll, die Gewaltfreie Kommunikation in den Alltag zu integrieren. Die Analyse qualitativer Daten zeigt eine gute Handhabbarkeit der Karten im Alltag und weist auf eine Zunahme der elterlichen Responsivität hin.
