Matpopmod is a Python library for the study of matrix population models. It can be used to: compute a wide variety of demographic descriptors; study and plot deterministic and stochastic trajectories; access the COMPADRE/COMADRE databases. The purpose of this repository is to ensure the long-term reproducibility of scientific work using matpopmod. However, we do not recommend using it to install matpopmod; instead, we recommend installing from the Python Package Index using pip. See the project homepage for more information.
