A new Red List of butterfly species that breed in Great Britain is presented in summary form together with a worksheet to show the application of IUCN criteria to support the final classification of each species. The Red List is finished and the classification can be used, but a manuscript will be written during 2022 for publication in a scientific journal to describe the process, discuss implications for biodiversity conservation etc.
