The data include the measurement data and results from data acquired at the High Field MR Centre (Department for Biomedical Imaging and Image-guided Therapy, Medical University of Vienna) for the publication "Deuterium labeling enables noninvasive 3D proton MR imaging of glucose and neurotransmitter metabolism in the human brain". This includes both, the direct Deuterium measurements (folder "DirectDeuteriumMRS"), as well as the indirectly measured changes of Deuterium detected by signal decreases in the proton signal (folder "DeuteriumToProtonExchangeMRS").
