El art��culo tiene por objetivo reflexionar en la posibilidad de una universidad descolonizada. La tesis apunta a que es posible y necesario descolonizar la universidad, haciendo uso de modelos emergentes de pensamiento que dialoguen entre s��. El escrito se basa en dos argumentos: el primero presenta a la ecolog��a de saberes como una estrategia de transformaci��n que cuestiona la monocultura del saber y el segundo, sustentado en la transdisciplinariedad y di��logo de saberes, como un acercamiento pr��ctico a la posibilidad de repensar la educaci��n. La reflexi��n pretende contribuir al debate te��rico sobre la universidad latinoamericana y su actual rol.
