Abstract

La comunicaci��n asertiva es un elemento clave en la sinergia de las funciones sustantivas en la educaci��n superior, el estudio tiene como prop��sito determinar la incidencia de la comunicaci��n asertiva en la productividad cient��fica en ��poca de pandemia. De manera espec��fica se busc�� identificar, analizar y estudiar las t��cnicas, el lenguaje y la divulgaci��n de resultados cient��ficos de forma asertiva. La metodolog��a utilizada fue de tipo cuantitativa, dise��o no experimental, consisti�� en la aplicaci��n de encuestas con escala de Likert a una muestra de 285 docentes, 371 estudiantes, 236 personal administrativos y test de asertividad aplicado a los coordinadores de ��reas; los principales resultados encontrados, dejan en evidencia que existe una fr��gil asertividad comunicacional de los procesos investigativos, que influye negativamente en la producci��n cient��fica, a manera de conclusi��n las IES deben replantear sus canales comunicativos internos y externos en ��pocas cambiantes, como parte de la cultura organizacional, mediante el manejo efectivo y uso de t��cnicas asertivas entre los miembros de la comunidad universitaria en labores investigativas con el prop��sito de fortalecer sus procesos comunicacionales
