Résumé L’objectif du présent article est de tester l’impact de la justice organisationnelle sur l’engagement affectif des fonctionnaires dans l’administration publique au Maroc. Pour réaliser cet objectif nous avons opté pour un positionnement épistémologique positiviste, en menant une étude quantitative, tout en adoptant une approche déductive. Nous avons élaboré un questionnaire que nous avons administré à un échantillon de fonctionnaires n=49. L’analyse des résultats a mis en lumière dans un premier lieu, une relation entre les quatre dimensions de la justice organisationnelle et l’engagement affectif. Ensuite, l’analyse des régressions a fait émerger l’impact de la justice procédurale sur l’engagement affectif des fonctionnaires. Abstract The objective of this paper is to test the impact of organizational justice on the affective commitment of employees in the public administration in Morocco. To achieve this objective, we opted for a positivist epistemological position, adopting a quantitative study, while adopting a deductive approach. We developed a survey that we administered to a sample of employees n=49. The analysis of the results revealed at first, a relationship between the four dimensions of organizational justice and the affective commitment. Then, the regressions analysis revealed the impact of procedural justice on the affective commitment of the employees.
