Abstract

The deliverable provides an overview of the process of identifying DIONE stakeholders and defining the user requirements to serve as the basis for further development of DIONE products and tools. The report presents the description of DIONE stakeholders, analysis of the current CAP policies and the future CAP reform, high-level User Scenarios created around DIONE personas and detailed technical scenarios.
