Full-likelihood genomic analysis clarifies a complex history of species divergence and introgression: the example of the erato-sara group of Heliconius butterflies

Abstract

Multilocus sequence data of six species in the erato-sara clade of Heliconius butterflies for multispecies coalescent analysis using bpp and 3s in "Full-likelihood genomic analysis clarifies a complex history of species divergence and introgression: the example of the erato-sara group of Heliconius butterflies" by Yuttapong Thawornwattana, Fernando A Seixas, Ziheng Yang, and James Mallet 1) bpp datasets has three variants: blocks of 100 loci: bpp-block100.tar.gz blocks of 200 loci: bpp-block200.tar.gz all loci: bpp-all-loci.tar.gz 2) 3s dataset contains all pairs of the six species, with Heliconius melponene as a third species: 3s.tar.gz 3) Supplemental material: erato-gene-flow.SI.pdf (figures), tables.xlsx (tables)
