Política educativa para la formación de educadores infantiles en Colombia

Abstract

La presente ponencia es producto de la investigación en curso orientada al estudio comparativo de formación de educadores infantiles en Perú, España y el Caribe colombiano. Pretende socializar avances del análisis realizado a la política educativa colombiana con miras al fomento de una formación de educadores infantiles. La educación infantil en hispanoamérica está presentando bajos resultados en las evaluaciones internas y externas, esto lleva a la pregunta sobre el origen de este resultado y remite a la indagación comparativa acerca de los enfoques, diseños curriculares y políticas de infancia y cómo se están desarrollando en Colombia. La investigación es de corte cualitativo, utilizará instrumentos como la encuesta, la entrevista y la observación en las aulas. El resultado que se espera es conocer la política educativa y su impacto en la formación de educadores infantiles en Colombia para posteriormente hacer el estudio de tendencias, convergencias y divergencias con Perú y España.
