GUADELOUPE: 3 ΨΨ (slide-mounted): Lamentin, Ravine Chaude, 01.v.1995, ex Aleurotrachelus trachoides Back (J. Etienne) [Ref. Étienne GP 1100, CIRAD 13690]; 1 Ψ (slidemounted) Pointe-des-Châteaux, 18.xii.1991, ex Aleyrodidae on Erithalis fruticosa (Rubiaceae) [Ref. Étienne GP 597, CIRAD 11492]. SAINT KITTS: 1 Ψ (slide-mounted) Fairview, 04.i.1994, on Cocos nucifera [Ref. Étienne KP4, CIRAD 13050(1)]. Diagnosis. The Caribbean specimens perfectly fit Rose's (2000) description and figures. Head not rounded in frontal view; dorsal outline of vertex only slightly convex. Frons without oblique lines. Scrobal lines apparently not joining together above. Pedicel 2.20–2.50 times as long as wide and 0.48 times as long as scape. Clava 6.10–6.75 times as long as wide and 1.75–1.85 times as long as scape. Dorsal outline of clava almost straight except at apex, ventral outline slightly concave near apex. Mid lobe of mesoscutum with 3 pairs of setae. Marginal fringe of fore wing 0.26–0.33 times as long as the width of the wing. Submarginal vein with 3 dorsal setae basad parastigma. Costal cell with only 2–3 apical dorsal hairs. Fore wing disc with 8–10 hairs basad of linea calva. Apical spur of mid tibia about half as long as relevant basitarsus.
