This fixes the source code to reproduce the experiments carried out in https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0306437918303685. Additionally, it provides the raw data files, the raw original results, the raw results from the reproducibility setup, and a Vagrantfile to spawn an Ubuntu 18.04 VM ready to run all experiments.
