Sideróforos são moléculas biosintetizadas por quase todos os microrganismos para adquirir ferro de seu ambiente. Yersinia pestis (Yp) e Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) produzem yersiniabactin e mycobactins, respetivamente. Derivados de 3,5-diaryl-1-carbothioamide-pyrazoline são compostos com características estruturais semelhantes do sideróforos (SIDer) com atividade antibacteriana em Yp e Mtb, pela inibição de enzimas biosintéticas ou sistemas de transporte de ferro, entre outros. Neste trabalho, uma análise exploratória de dados (EDA) é apresentada para predição de IC50 em Yp.
