Abstract

Answers given by children in the sixth grade of Primary Education to the 36 items of the The Children’s Perceived Competence Scale (Harter, 2012), translated into Spanish by García Bacete et al. (2014). Data collected in public schools in Castellón and Seville (Spain) in the spring of the school year 2014-15. The scale is administered collectively. The calculation of the 6 Factors is included: Self-perception of academic competence, Self-perception of physical competence, Self-perception of social competence, Self-perception of physical appearance, Self-perception of behavioral conduct, and Self-perception of global self-worth.
