In this paper, we reported five patients with para-infectious or post-infectious neurological syndromes associated with COVID-19. They were evaluated at baseline and st 6-months follow-up. Three of them had polyradiculoneuropathy and two patients had myelitis. A functional and electrophysiological assessment was carried out at baseline and at 3- and 6-month follow-up. This database includes the demographic characteristics as well as nerve conduction findings both at baseline and at follow-up examinations of the subjects.
