Abstract

This dataset is based on data from the publication "Hierarchical Clustering of Breast Cancer Methylomes Revealed Differentially Methylated and Expressed Breast Cancer Genes" (10.1371/journal.pone.0118453). It is a subset to use it as training material for a methyl-seq Galaxy course. Thanks for the friendly permission from I-Hsuan Lin to use it.
