Abstract

Définition : Activité collective de renvoi consistant à attaquer la cible adverse en franchissant un obstacle vertical et défendre son propre camp dans la même action de frappe. Enjeux de formation :  Enjeux corporels : développement des coordinations inter segmentaires, de la motricité fine ;  Enjeux cognitifs : développement des perceptions sensorielles liées à l’équilibration, la proprioception, la perception de l’espace arrière, la perception des trajectoires de balle et de déplacement des joueurs, des prises de décisions rapides.  Enjeux relationnels : coordonner ses actions avec celles de ses partenaires et adaptation aux actions de ses adversaires ;  Enjeux culturels : intégrer l’essence d’une activité des plus pratiquée dans le monde entier ;  Enjeux méthodologiques : identifier ses capacités motrices et agir en conséquence. Problèmes fondamentaux :  Attaquer et défendre dans la même action de frappe sans bloquer le ballon,  Créer un équilibre tête en arrière pour se déplacer sous la balle,  Franchir un obstacle vertical constitué par le filet pour attaquer une cible horizontale et évolutive.  Possibilités de contact avec le ballon limitées (cf. règlement). Logique interne : jeu collectif d’opposition et de coopération à espace séparé par un obstacle haut et vertical (le filet) visant à amener la balle en la frappant dans une cible horizontale au sol, évolutive et confondue avec la surface de jeu.
