This poster explores an application of the chemical abundance variations characteristic of multiple population phenomena in Galactic globular clusters in the integrated spectra. In particular, we have confirmed the results by previous work and expanded the metallicity and wavelength coverage of that study. Now, we will calibrate the atomic opacities to an extensive empirical low-metallicity star sample, aiming at building a reliable synthetic stellar spectra grid.
