Policy brief on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools for Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) policy

Abstract

This document is the first public version of D1.4 Policy Brief. It provides a first look at the rationale and the potential of using Artificial Intelligence-based tools in Science, Technology and Innovation policy. In addition, this deliverable deals with the challenges these tools face. This document is, then, a concise summary of the promises and pitfalls that policymakers should know when using advanced tools in science and innovation policy.
