- Phanaeus blackalleri Delgado, 1991 Holotype: ♂. MEXICO: Guerrero, Palo Blanco, Sierra del Alquitrán, 1670 m, 20–22/VII/1990. Col. L. Delgado y J. Blackaller, coprotampa excr. humano; bosque mesófilo. Conservation status: Complete, well-preserved. Allotype: ♀. MEXICO: Guerrero, Palo Blanco, Sierra del Alquitrán. Col. L. Delgado y J. Blackaller, excremento de burro; Bosque mesófilo. Conservation status: Complete, well-preserved. Paratypes: 1 ♂, 1 ♀. Ídem. 1670 m, 20–22/VII/1990. Conservation status: Complete, well-preserved. Paratypes: 2 ♂. Ídem. 1470 m, 22–24/VI/1990, coprotampa excr. humano; bosque de pino-encino. Conservation status: Complete, well-preserved.
