En este trabajo se presenta una aplicación de heurística bio-inspirada, concretamente un Algoritmo Genético en el diseño de un sistema de información para la toma de decisiones presupuestarias vinculadas a la problemática de la distribución, ante situaciones caracterizadas por la incertidumbre y no linealidad.
