This is the C code for implementing the method in the paper, Shrivastava and Ding, 2010, “Graph based isomorph-free generation of two-level regular fractional factorial designs.” Journal of Statistical Planning & Inference, Vol. 140, pp. 169 – 179. Design tables for 16 runs through 4096 runs have been generated and are included in the zip file.
