TransposonDB - database of transposable elements

Abstract

TransposonDB is part of the TransposonUltimate package and it is a comprehensive collection of transposable elements, collated and curated from ten public sources. The database contains sequences from all eukaryotic kingdoms and has good representation across different types of transposable elements.
