This is a protocol of a living systematic review of vaccine observational studies. Our aim is to assess the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines against SARS CoV-2 variants of concern Alpha (B.1.1.7), Beta (B.1.351), Gamma (P.1), Delta (B.1.617.2) in addition to any other newly discovered variants of concerns as identified by WHO over time.. All results will be made available on the COVID-NMA platform (https://covid-nma.com/) and updated weekly.
