Совершенствование Организационных Структур Инновационной Деятельности В Железнодорожном Транспортном Машиностроении

Abstract

Показано, что организационные структуры существенно влияют на развитие инновационной деятельности, в процессе анализа установлено, что железнодорожное транспортное машиноведение в его традиционном понимании не охватывает всех проблем, которые решаются при осуществлении инновационных проектов в сфере железнодорожного транспортного машиностроения, сделан вывод о существовании потребности развития организационно–методологической основы создания научных платформ в железнодорожном транспортном машиностроении с учетом зарубежного опыта по развитию новых форм организации научной поддержки инноваций в машиностроении, определены понятия «железнодорожная транспортная машинология», сформулированы объект, предмет, функции и роли такой машинологии, и определено понятие «научная платформа в железнодорожном транспортном машиностроении» в сфере инновационной деятельности в таком машиностроении, предложена модель для оценки влияния вероятности решения проблем проекта на финансовые результаты инновационного проекта в области железнодорожного транспортного машиностроения. It is shown that organizational structures significantly influence development of innovative activity, in the course of the analysis it is established that the railway transport engineering science in its traditional understanding does not cover all problems which are solved at implementation of innovative projects in the sphere of railway transport mechanical engineering, the conclusion is drawn on existence of need of development of an organizational and methodological basis of creation of scientific platforms for railway transport mechanical engineering taking into account foreign experiment on development of new forms of the organization of scientific support of innovations in mechanical engineering, the concepts “railway transport mashinologiya” are defined, the object, a subject, functions and roles of such mashinologiya are formulated, and the concept “scientific platform in railway transport mechanical engineering” of the sphere of innovative activity of such mechanical engineering is defined, the model for an assessment of influence of probability of the solution of problems of the project on financial results of the innovative project in the field of railway transport mechanical engineering is offered.
