Abstract

Plethus uranos nov.sp. M a t e r i a l: Thailand, Tham Than Lod NP, 14°46‘N, 99°20‘E, 500m, 5.4.198 9, leg. Malicky: 3 (HT, PT). VFL 1,8 mm. Spornformel 023. - KA (Tafel 36): 9. Segment mit sehr kurzen ovalen Seitenplatten und darüber weit hinausragendem Dorsokaudalteil; nach unten ragt ein grosser Lappen bis an den Ventralrand des Segments. Basalstab ca. dreimal so lang wie das Segment. UA in VA annähernd abgerundet quadratisch, basal verbunden, in LA dick und rund. PA lang und dick, in LA schlank und leicht nach unten gebogen, in DA zapfenförmig mit jederseits 5-6 schräg nach hinten abstehenden grossen Dornen. – Ähnlich ist P. banchaia, bei dem aber die UA viel schlanker sind und der Basalstab viel kürzer ist.
