Leucanopsis liparoides (Rothschild, 1909) Halisidota liparoides Rothschild, 1909b: 287. TYPE LOCALITY. — Suriname, [Sipaliwini], Aroewarwa Creek, Maroewyn Valley. TYPE SPECIMEN. — Described on 6 males. We chose the male syntype with a white printed label “Aroewarwa Creek, Maroewym valley, Suriname, June 05. (S.M. Klages)” / a white printed label “Rothschild Bequest B.M. 1939-1.” and designated it as lectotype. We have labeled it with a round blue label “ Lectotype ” and a white printed label “ Lectotype Leucanopsis liparoides ♂ by Vincent & Laguerre” (BMNH).
