В работе рассмотрено состояние и основные тенденции развития рынка аутсорсинга России. Особое внимание уделено вопросам соизмеримости развития мировым тенденциям и отличительным особенностям, свойственным РФ. В работе определено декомпозированное аутсорингу понятие — оффшоринг, который рассматриваемся нами как тактика конкурентного преимущества для компаний не только на мировом, но и на внутреннем рынке, однако определено, что широкое применение данного инструмента разрушительно для внутреннего трудового рынка. Изучение теории и практики вопроса позволило авторам сделать выводы о том, что в России услуги аутсорсинга наиболее востребованы крупными компаниям с прозрачным и полностью легальным бизнесом, а также иностранными компаниями, присутствующими на российском рынке. Препятствием к развитию аутсорсинга в сегменте малого и среднего бизнеса выступает существенная доля теневого капитала, однако последние тенденции позволяют говорить о расширении прозрачного бизнеса, в том числе за счет проводимых законодательных изменений и развития рынка инвестиций. Так же определено, что негативным образом, влияющим на развитие рынка в России является не располагающая к аутсорсингу экономическая ситуация в сочетании с общей незрелостью российского рынка. Таким образом, с точки зрения авторов, развитие аутсорсинга для предприятий РФ является актуальной задачей, позволяющей использовать стратегический и тактический эффективный инструмент повышения конкурентоспособности. This paper presents the state and the main tendencies of development of the market of outsourcing of Russia is considered. The special attention is paid to questions of commensurability of development to the world tendencies and distinctive features peculiar to the Russian Federation. In work the concept — an offshoring which we are considered by us as tactics of competitive advantage to the companies not only on world is defined dekompozirovanny to an autsoring, but also in domestic market, however it is defined that broad use of this tool is destructive for the domestic labor market. Studying of the theory and practice of a question has allowed authors to draw conclusions that in Russia services of outsourcing are most demanded large to the companies with transparent and completely legal business, and also the foreign companies which are present at the Russian market. As an obstacle to development of outsourcing in a segment of small and medium business the essential share of the shadow capital acts, however recent trends allow to speak about expansion of transparent business, including due to the carried–out legislative changes and development of the market of investments. It is also defined that the negative image influencing development of the market in Russia is the economic situation which isn’t disposing to outsourcing in combination with the general immaturity of the Russian market. Thus, from the point of view of authors, development of outsourcing for the enterprises of the Russian Federation is the actual task allowing to use the strategic and tactical effective instrument of increase of competitiveness.
