Author uses the main equation of the 8T to construct the process of Universe packet creation. The packet must have an even number of manifolds with opposite curvature orientation, at first interact as pairs but cluster into a packet over time. Those ideas are of vital importance to the 8T and represent a more accurate version of the main equation (2).
