Brachysphaenus [sic] (Barytopus) trifasciatus (Olivier) ~ Kuhnt 1909: 22. Iphiclus (Brachymerus) trifasiatus (Olivier) ~ Alvarenga 1994: 86. Erotylus fasciatus Olivier, 1792: 433, not Erotylus fasciatus Fabricius 1801: 6 (Tenebrionidae). Morphoides fasciatus (Olivier) ~ Gemminger and Harold 1876: 3708. Brachysphaenus [sic] (Barytopus) fasciatus (Olivier) ~ Kuhnt 1909: 22. Brachysphoenus fasciatus (Olivier) ~ Crotch 1876: 501.
