Discussion. This wide ranging, primarily Neotropical species occurs in North America from Maryland south to Louisiana and Florida (Borkent and Grogan 2009). Wilkening et al. (1985) recorded it from 13 counties in Florida. We provide the first record from Lee Co. New records. Lee Co., Ft. Myers, 7-IX-1961, H. W. Collins, Jr., black light trap, 1 female (P) (FSCA).
