This repository contains supporting data for the article "Rediscovery and redescription of Niphargus enslini Karaman, 1932 (Amphipoda, Niphargidae) in southern Germany". Included in this dataset are: - a zipped folder containing the COI chromatograms from this study (COI_chromatograms.zip); - a Sequencher 4.1 project file containing the COI chromatograms assembled into contigs (COI_chromatograms.SPF); - a FASTA alignment of the COI sequences including sequences from the litterature (COI_virei_enslini.fas); - a zipped folder containing the 28S chromatograms from this study (28S_chromatograms.zip); - a Sequencher 4.1 project file containing the 28S chromatograms assembled into contigs (28S_chromatograms.SPF); - a FASTA alignment of the 28S sequences including sequences from the litterature (28S_comprehensive_dataset.fas).
