STRATEGI PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN PARIWISATA KABUPATEN TANA TORAJA PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana Strategi Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Tana Toraja dalam meningkatkan kembali pendapatan asli daerahnya di masa pandemi covid-19. Peneliti ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif Kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara observasi dan telaah dokumentasi dan analisis data hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, Strategi Peningkatan Pendapatan Pariwisata Kabupaten Tana Toraja Pada masa Pandemi Covid-19, dilihat dari Strategi Organisasi, Strategi Program, dan Strategi Pendukung Sumber Daya. Telah memadai dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah di sektor pariwisata, dengan tetap mematuhi protocol kesehatan agara tidak terjadi penularan virus covid-19.
