Need of Descriptiveness in Nepse for Online Transactions

Abstract

In this paper, need of descriptiveness is discussed for share(stock) trading by online means, with an attempt of online dematerialization of cheque by an app. That would mean, peoples can have cheques with them, as well as money in bank account, unless bank would ask it for or tells to keep it safe till perpetuity.

Can be applied for various sectors of banking and finances.
